Roy Wong's career in the restaurant industry began over 16 years ago working at restaurants and golf clubs on O'ahu, Big Island and Kaua'i. Prior to joining Hoakalei Country Club, Wong was the Executive Chef at the Royal Hawaiian Golf Club.
Shingo Kosaka has almost 30 years of experience as a chef at hotels and luxury resorts thoughout the Pacific Rim. Prior to joining Hoakalei Country Club, he was the Managing Chef at Pacific Islands Club Guam restaurants Skylight and Ramen House Hokkaido.
